I think I can get this property for cheaper and I think I will need to in order to pay off the hard money lender with zero out of my pocket after I do a cash out refi 

Any recommendations on mortgage lenders for an LLC?

Hi BiggerPockets Family,I am looking to insure a triplex that I own in Philadelphia which is under my LLC. 

@Neal DaftarySo - You need to set up a regular LLC, this would be considered the parent LLC to the following series LLC's that you will create for the specific purchases. 

But they're more difficult to manage because of a lesser renter pool and the appreciation tends not to be as great. 

Is this necessary for an STR? 

This is my first investment property and was wondering if anyone can provide some guidance on winterizing a home.
