@Andrew LacySome of our private/hard money lenders don't even look at your credit - they just look at the deal.Other more traditional commercial lenders would allow 10-12 personal loans, for as long as you and the properties continue qualifying.

These loans are shorter ammortization (7,10, 15 year), ballon payments, possibly variable interest rates, +1-3% interest rate over traditional financing and 60-75% LTV.If anyone is wanting to know more I would be happy to share my strategies and thoughts.Frank

Taxes were around 3600.Apt 1 is 1600 sq feet 2 bed 1.5 bath that rents for $2250.Apt 2 is 740 sq feet 2 bed 1 bath that rents for $1500.Both units have their own laundry rooms and separate driveways, feel more like your own house than a traditional walk up apartment.Vacancy rate is historically low, average renter stays for 5-6 years.
