We had the roof replaced, new insulation in the attic/crawlspace, new bathroom, kitchen cabinets, windows, floors, paint, and we had the house jacked up and reinforced where several joists had failed causing the floor to slope.

Does J Scotts book go into suggested materials ie (countertops, floor types, cabinets (types) etc)  for flipping houses.  

Just stuff you never imagined.....like all cabinets missing, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, HVAC all missing....concrete in the sewer drains...and on and on.   

Outside was painted as well.We added all new cabinet hardware, door hardware and changed out all the light fixtures in the whole home.

Similar houses are selling around 200K, but they've been updated, cleaned, painted and maybe have new bathroom fixtures, new kitchen cabinets and appliances, a new roof and brand new HVAC. 

I know about the pro desk at Lowes & Home Depot alreadybut am posting to find out the least expensive place for bulk materials or discounts for Flooring, Furniture & Cabinets.

We do not use wood, but instead reface cabinets in laminate. 

My funds (and mental capacity) are absolutely tapped after building the ADU during the pandemic.In 12 years I’ve also updated various things throughout the home unpermitted (bathroom tile, shower valves, vanity, kitchen cabinets) etc..Additionally the floor always had a slope to it, about 3/4” in a 10-15’ span.
