Hi BiggerPockets - been waiting for an opportunity to get involved with your forum for a long time, and I finally have a question I think worth discussion.I operate significant house flipping operations in Austin, Dallas, and Upstate New York and we're involved in 50+ house flips and remodels a year, and have been doing this for about 14 years now.Now that I have three separate teams (manager, GC, multiple subs, Realtor) in each market, I am finding it increasingly difficult to keep tabs on timelines, project progress, budgets, etc.I'm curious what technology and software you higher volume folks use to keep track of everything.

I appreciate that....I'm on track to exceed those numbers with what I have in my pipeline so I'm hoping to raise the bar in the near future.  

If what we seek as an answer is not rooted in those ideas then what is being sought doesn't exist but in marketing gimics and bar stool conversation.

@Patrick L.After googlemapping these properties I think I did OK (barring any superceding liens or astronomical back taxes).

The exterior, the neighborhood, the AC unit on the roof, the bars on the windows - good grief, it's hideous. 

Bars, brothels and gambling sprung up around the railroad and we still see a more "colorful" environment in Ogden. 

Nearest to you New York and Illinois seemed to have the best selection of properties on the market, but I'm staying out here because my attorney/co-investor is going to stay in Ca while I'm in Nevada or Az which is driving distance or cheap flying, so I figure I'd rather keep him on board to help with paper battles, instead of go to the best states which I think would be Texas or Florida for the weather and the opportunities.  

I plan on getting my bar license here in Texas in the next few months.
