Don't burn bridges to win a deal.

@Laura Baugh Finley The midwest can offer several financial advantages related to lower costs of living so if you can maintain a high income by working remotely then you can win big.  

Having a tenant in place isn't ideal but even if you could make the bare minimum of $5k or something that is still a win, especially if it's your first wholesale deal. 

The more paperwork you can throw in front of the Judge the better.Just be aware that once you win the case and have a judgement, you still have to collect, how are you planning on doing that?

Great to get in with a win by buying using an experienced realtor and buying at the right price. 

You might be better off talking to a trusted lender than going off one of these cards you get in the mail. 

Who knows you will get lots of job offers and can get more $$ with new company and can get your $100K capital from the old company, then you will get a win-win situation.
