If you had another management company handling it differently in the past, I am not sure that they were doing it properly.I do find one of the most important things that landlords can do is keep good open communications with their property managers. We never have problems with owners questioning us on the things that we do and are always happy to explain why were handling something a certain way.I am amazed sometimes that the initial attitude and some of our owners can be very poor and do not make for good working relationship. When dealing with your management company try to keep things on a positive note.

We purchased a home warranty to handle some of the repairs (i.e. compressor in a/c unit), but others were handled by the contractor because they were from the work he did.

Without the ability of these smaller captive lenders to survive, the related businesses would also be endangered.5.The overwhelming majority of these chattel lenders handle both their own origination and service of these loans thus eliminating some of the problems that occur in the mortgage industry. It is also important to note that the concerns addressed in the proposed regulation regarding safeguards, the Federal Trade Commission already has strong standards in place that govern non depository lenders.

I'm lucky my girl has the slovak nationalitie so its a little bit easy-er for me to start, but im focussing now on how i can make a good deal there without burning my money, and most importently where i need to think about, the crucial things..My first plan was buying from a "RE- bureau" who sells properties and pay little bit more but handles all the papers for me.. but last week i found a guy (online) who is a lawyer and sworn translator there and he speaks my language (dutch). the man himself is living there for 20+ years so he should know the rules, i will try to work with him to get some deals from other landloards or 'normal' people to get cheaper deals.

Is the bank marketing the note to other buyers (you can spend some money on DD only to find that it sells to someone else - so be prepared to handle that).....the more I think of it, the most questions are dependent on the answers to the other questions!

I have also been trying to find the tax deed auctions in California, but it looks like each auction is handled by each county seperately.

Color I can handle, I just go to the paint store and tell them to give me whatever there most popular color is....its usually some type of contractor beige.I'm hoping that there is a service out there where I can take pictures and email them (or have somebody come to the house, but I'm somewhat rural and doubt they would exist locally) and tell me exactly what to put in.
