Focus on getting assets/real estate and worry about protection after you have something to lose- pay your insurance to begin with and it will become obvious when you need to add other layers of protection. you will be able to spread the cost over several assets.

They tend to be over priced to begin with, and some times missing a piece of vital information such as the Executors mailing address.Absentee lists, High Equity, and even negative equity are easily obtainable from places like List Source, Property Radar etc.
