No negative external factors like a busy street or power lines.

That was also 10 years ago, and we lived east of 4th street on 17th.

Look at the homes on your street and the streets over.

The main street is nowhere that of a Collingswood or Haddonfield though.

They dress in street clothes, holey jeans and all.

If I like the answers to whatever questions I might have then I will at the very least do a drive by and check out the street, neighboring houses, and see what the outside of the house looks like, etc etc. 

It took 15 minutes to go a mile and a half up the street from my apartment in Alexandria, VA.

You are not throwing someone out on the streets.
