Admittedly, sometimes I get an inkling of self-doubt about starting this journey, but when veterans of the industry come along and reassure me, it gives me that peace of mind that I'm making the right decisions.

I truly appreciate any insight and thoughts from more veteran investors.

My husband is a combat veteran, a former building contractor, and currently is in management in an oil company.

The one of them  wanted  to go for offshore fishing , and decided to rent a boat and then after some photographs  I showed them , resulted in renting a Yacht  65 feet .

He doesnt work, he is a veteran and his wife claims head of the househould.I just spoke with his current wife/ ex wife and she is reluctant to give the bank their W2. 

I can tell the family is strapped financially, however they are both veterans and have access to a VA loan which is helping them get to the $145k mark.

I'm also a new investor/househacker, so I don't have as many insights that others veteran investors may have. 

REI is not the same as doing brain surgery where tenure is of utmost importance.I certainly wouldn't want someone with less than a year's experience to be doing heart surgery as opposed to a veteran with several years of practice.This correlation is not the same for REI.
