If it's brand new and has upgraded interior (granite, stainless, etc -- a high end rehab), you might get more like 800/room.

With that being said, it looks as though we will get nicer countertops and our linoleum floor may be upgraded to tile.

Within a month i had fixed all his violations, put a substantial amount of equity into the house with other repairs and upgrades, and as of 2 days ago paid off the remaining balance of the contract 16 months early using an unsecured loan.

The buildings themselves need updating and upgrading and he is looking to sell them as is, i.e. these are not your typical condos (one building is a mixed use property with an old unused tavern that has living quarters upstairs and the other is a two bedroom bungalow.)I am trying to determine the best course to market these properties.

Once the lender establishes that the delinquent borrower has vacated (correspondence with the borrower shows a new mailing address, for example) the property, then the lender knows that they will have to re-key and perform preservation measures - winterizing, board up broken windows and any openings, cutting grass, etc.

Now in my house I've got a screen in the sink and never put anything in the garbage grinder.I've only got a few rentals with them and when the in-sink-erators stop working it usually takes us at least a day to figure out what happened and how to fix it, so I caution Tenants about this.PS One tough drain problem I had from a kitchen sink with a disposer (no traps either) was solved with shop/wet vac - broken glass came out.
