Any tips or tricks as to what to watch out for and how much these liens can effect the owners equity?

It the grit certainly isn’t what it used to be by any means.I suppose the trick is finding the edge of that wave of development, buying into the more affordable side while you can.

It is easy to see the ways they can benefit you, but the trick is finding ways that you can help them (other than just a straight cash payment). 

Then think about how you can recycle that same chunk of capital over and over, the trick to do that is to add value.

Anyone have any tips, tricks, or recommendations on how to navigate this and have any recommendations on large sectional couches that are worth the investment?
