I just got a notice from my city that I could start renting to vacation travelers again.

And then you should feel confident enough to make an offer.

Due to an unexpected opportunity to travel for work, I now rent the unit at a slight loss per month.

Before to invest outside of your state, I would travel to that location to see everything with my own eye, meet people;  again if you are new to real estate you may not grasp another market too quickly.

Admitting we are wrong can damage our self confidence or we think it hurts our credibility.

It will give you confidence if you study the purchase agreement to the point where you will know it better than most other agents.

The stock market should reflect production and people's confidence in the companies they invest in.

Thanks to everyone reading this and commenting - it would be about $1k to travel out for the auction, so I want to avoid that if it is a waste of time and money (and health) flying out to the auction.  

My family and I are traveling the states in our RV and spend a few months in Wisconsin each year so I should have time to renovate the building but otherwise I will have to manage the property online.
