I started using Anderson myself (unlimited LLC package) after 6 years of investing and its been difficult to transition to the new structure.  

Up until this point all of the properties I have bought have been more about the long term equity play but I have recently stated leaning more towards wanting a bit more cash flow.How did you make the transition to the midwest and out of state in general?

I am currently transitioning from the military and plan to do Real Estate full time. 

It might even look like  a pickup at your house that takes you to a mass transit station, either bus or train, and the train takes you into the city downtown where you pickup a self driving car that takes you to where you work. 

It's my most profitable property, but also my biggest time suck and I'm currently looking to transition out of the game.- Scale up. 

We just purchased a Ford Transit 350 HD with a 12 foot fiberglass work box on the back.

I am in the process of transitioning the business and settling our affairs here in NY and then I am going to join her down in the United States.This really makes me angry. 

I am interested in transitioning into multifamily property maybe a 4 -8plex.

Since I want to transition into this area full time to obtain a better life balance I figured hitting a single or a double is still progress relative to my situation.

Since transitioning to this new management company they automated the process of collecting rent, streamlining the process of bookkeeping but the ground is poorly maintained and an uptick of maintenance calls.
