The area immediately surrounding the school was university-centric, but there were some undesirable areas on the outskirts of the college town.In my area, the most profitable college rentals rarely hit the market.

I plan to concentrate on the Mansfield/North Attleboro/ and surrounding towns.

This house is in a small 2 block subdivision that is surrounded by a much larger and nicer subdivision.

Being in a community surrounded by like-minded people is bound to produce knowledge and opportunity, and BP doesn't disappoint.

There's good opportunity in that area and surrounding towns still today.
