All my extra cash goes into the company stocks and I don't save any substantial cash.I'm not really sure on how to calculate the ROI of this type of investing, but the re-invested dividends produce about $300 per month (currently) and the amount increases about $10 per month on average.

Don't bother with an eviction notice to recoup rents, it'll be months before you get a court date.If the tenant won't cooperate, that tells you how much they value a roof over their head.

I guess I could also see the side that if the evicted tenant's debt is headed to collections, then the SD would probably be needed to be applied there first (at least for the tenant's sake in potentially paying it back).
