Hi everyone,I'm a real estate investor based out of state and I'm currently facing some challenges with my property manager.

It's a great way to get a base coat or two, but not the end game.

Leasing it out via Airbnb or Vrbo is an option if available and demand is there.No creative buying strategies needed.

It is a fair start though, but I also like to have a map view to see if there are glaring value changes based on location from the subject. * 6 month comps - this is usually a good rule of thumb in a typical stable market, but can be somewhat confusing in a faster moving market.

Price per square foot for new construction varies based on location and finishes.

It's wasteful and at this point I think the only real beneficiaries are the dinosaur print publications.I already operate 3 LLCs for various partnerships based in other states.

Are their cheaper options?

I've tried to make my own spreadsheet which makes more sense to me based on my current understanding of deals.

Is there a better option that I don't even see currently?
