Trying to figure out what the best exit strategy is.

My question to all of you is what strategies can we utilize to bring outside investors in to maximize returns.

My plan is to find discounted properties & do the BRRR strategy & potentially have section 8 tenants.

Ideally, the properties main use would be STR, but I love multiple exit strategies. 

I want to come in and obtain this property through a seller financing strategy to basically buy the property from him, rehab the property, and sell the property for the top ARV value.
