I will say though with this last renewal period some insurers are actually starting to lower their premiums… a little, after the Florida legislature made policy changes that favored the insurance companies… so that is at least a small step forward.  

that is a true private lender.Any other lender that has a website or advertises or is on facebook is a Hard MONEY LENDER HML started to market themselves as Private Money lenders about a decade ago on the guise that folks will think there rates are cheaper and they are easier to work with..

Guarantee of their work.No one likes their PM, but probably not a place to go cheap....I think often smaller and local is better than big and broad for PM.None of this is a reflection of the company you asked about....I don't know much of anything about them...

I ask because I'm considering leveraging my background to start something like this for myself and wonder if there's already something sufficient out there.
