@Ryan Shekell presumably, the comp data used by air dna, the PM, and anyone else who gives you data, is at least a couple months old (or its YTD data)...either way, the market today is a different universe than it was a few months ago, and it's likely that it will continue to change (particularly with STRs, which tend to get hit hardest with vacancy during a recession).So, even if the data you're getting was accurate at the time it was collected, it's probably almost meaningless now.Moreover, there has been a lot of news lately that the STR market is way oversaturated with supply (and again, demand is dropping fast because we're heading into recession).

Hi Maurice,You could always find a room mate situation in a place near grocery and some fast foods.Just pick someone who matches you (introvert, extrovert, likes sports, or reads online most of the time).That way you will be less likely to get in each others way.Ask friends first--because the are a known item, vs the unknown.Good Luck!

I have agents who throw me business if they know it's something I do.You need to get on the phone with people and have that 20 min conversation that covers some business, some personal, some chit-chat and by the end of that if you've dealt with enough people you should have a decent feel for whom you're dealing with.I can say as a loan officer, I treat every loan like my life depends on it because I know if something goes wrong it is going to be on me whether it's my fault or not because I am the face to face with the borrower so any bad news is delivered through my lips.
