I actually got to meet and socialize with some of the local investors in the area.  

A major reason to keep separate EIN's in it's own accounting program is because having an accurate Balance Sheet is critical to having an accurate Profit & Loss, regardless of your filing status. 

So, observing your mindset and numbers and this thread in the interest of constantly challenging my status quo.

I would like to know if this would qualify me for real estate professional status.
