The long term is, of course, to have more freedom in our schedule to spend time with them, travel, etc.

I travel to Flagstaff and the Phoenix area somewhat regularly and have loved using that drive time to listen to some good audio books.

Due to traveling, work, and other events I have yet to make it to a meet-up; it is a goal to attend one or two Southern Maine BP meet ups before the year is up!

The Goal: My sister and I have a property tied up with the (possibly harebrained) plan to clean, paint, carpet, create an unpermitted “flag lot” with fencing, and fix a plumbing issue (10k), place tenants ($1,350/month.)

This property has a 3 year lease on it for 1350.00 a month.118  is a small travel trailer.
