I hate wallpaper and agree with @Dawn Brenengen it really dates the property.However, since this is a rental, if there is no issue with any of the paper being loose or beginning to peel, I would have the painters paint over the wall paper.

@Ali Boone Hi Ali, moving to the valley area, not sure exactly yet but around encino, ive heard you cant really find rentals until about 30-45 days before move in date (Dec 1 move in) so i havent narrowed down a place yet.

.- keep in mind that things like spices, towels, sheets, tp, paper towels, propane for bbq's, cleaning supplies, coffee filters, soap, have to be kept up to date, clean and refilled when you have weekly renters.
