I know that in the states I invest in the sale of the property triggers the assessors office OR the school board to know that there has been a sale of the property, most likely at a higher dollar amount than the prior purchase.

I think we've all seen the DSCR rates swing up and down as well over the past two years, on several occasions, DSCR rates were beating conventional rates at par pricing by nearly 0.75% at higher leverages.  

They should be able to provide you with the most accurate information regarding property tax rates for the specific property you're interested in.

I encourage you to go on Airbnb and HomeAway/VRBO and look at the homes that are renting the best at the highest rates and emulate them.

I am old school I would never personally do that..

Some people don't want to buy in the high crime areas, Some people want better school districts; etc etc.
