I just moved here and have saved up enough money for a 3.5% down payment FHA loan plus more for other things such as closing costs, attorneys, etc., but nothing close to a 20-25% commercial loan.

I don't want to use my personal cell phone number in my marketing and I also need to track and save calls I may miss when I'm not available to take calls.

You may also consider working a "regular" job while learning and saving.
