Real research requires accessing vetted and credentialed sources of technical info - and the ability to distinguish between the hyperbolic and the genuine.  

Many lenders have paused 30 year loans, I know a number of the funding sources that buy 30y loans have stopped lending.The lenders who haven't adjusted anything - be aware, they probably will this week.

Kind of like 9/11, but probably not like the GR that had systemic root causes (vs. today's event driven recession) that lasted a long time.
