This kind of stuff is super rare, but when you have this extreme of a mold problem the chances are astronomically higher if you don’t have the proper PPEs and training on how to handle the contaminated materials.

I had joined a group for $97.00 a month for wholesaling training and they are offering to fund your deals. you have to have a seller and a buyer to receive the funds with a 1% on the funds. what do you guys think?

Lol I probably got (2) or (3) $50,000 loans on properities that would have actually appraised for $40,000 to $50,000 (i.e. 100%+ LTV).I will agree with the sentiment above thought that many have become a lot more rigorous in there loan approval process.

I feel that a larger real estate will give me more opportunity for training, but a smaller one I might be able to get more deals.
