Generally speaking, how have you seen your PM companies change and shift in the last year and what goals do you have for 2024 given the data (qualitative or quantitative) that you have observed?

I currently do referral work through the holding company, Universal Principal Broker. 

Hello Guys I need suggestion on a situation:I'm in a contract to buy a house from a wholesaler, I put earnest money the title company did a great job and just found out that the owner just filed a bankruptcy.

Before my lease started the management company offered me a $0 security deposit due to my credit score but I had to go through 3rd party company who offered it and pay them like $50 to opt out which I did.

. - Don't just have your contractors sign the contract, especially the handymen and small time companies. 

I would call up 3-5 property management companies and see what they would set rent at and why.

I'm thinking of connecting with construction companies. thanks for suggesting Temporary Housing directory as well 

If the PM company is handling the property they should have done this if they also have repair invoices.

Much easier to do business there in terms of regulation but harder to come by a reliable cleaning/handyman/PMteam and smaller pool of contractors.You need to decide what is important to you.
