Anyway, i think we as investors and landlords need to realize that people will only put up with perceived predatory money making for so long before they fight back seems that we should strive to keep that from happening as we all loose then Fact: In recent times (since the Great Recession) property values in CA have increased at a faster rate than the rent has increased.
