If it's a Mainstream bank like WF, BofA, Chase they'll likely be most worthwhile on a plain vanilla primary purchase, and provide a good frame of reference as you shop for mortgage options.

Cons: not a lot of meat left on the bone, these properties are already fully rehabbed, so your purchase price is likely near the top of the market.

What kind of purchase price should we budget if we want to pay 25% down and have 6 months in reserve.
