With the cold weather and a constant check on the market i finally decided to go and have a look in Florida, Alabama and New Orleans.Coming from canada, the yield are phenomenal.I'm looking for a few things, since i am a cash buyer in montreal and have a crew ready to renovate, i am looking for house to flip or stabilizing large multifamily buildings 30+ app, wholesalers,ect...If anyone wants to present me deals, go for a cup of joe or has advices to give me it will be greatly appreciated.Thanks, have a great day

I would say there's a balance, if you are looking for new contractors and don't have much experience with construction then the better presentation should lead to a better contractor generally speaking.
