Application always asks how many animals (not pets) and what type and how many vehicles and type.

Just like a good LTR..... this is just business, it doesn't matter what the vehicle is, LTR/STR/MTR.......

This scenario would make real estate rate of return worse than other investment vehicles, correct?

For me I ask how many vehicles because early on I got people with too many. 

I think it could potentially be a great area in the future. i75 is going to be part of the autonomous vehicle corridor.

At that point, it is useful to have the property owned in a limited liability vehicle.
