Good Morning Everyone, Sorry if posted in the wrong place I couldn't find insurance forums. 

Many modern options (none of them perfect, most adequate) that charge much less than that. 

Going to guess City of Detroit because you posted, "All properties are tenant-occupied and pay rent at or above the market rate."

AirDNA just had a report out -- I think that @John Underwood posted about -- that had a lot of info, but most interesting to me was the fact that the number of new vacation rental listings was the lowest since February 2022. 

Post remediation mold inspection passed.
