If someone does not have a protected way to upload documents pick someone else.Brokers have more options.

I was wondering about appreciation because some of the area's i'm considering are very rural but seem to have picked up even in the short time I've been here (was hoping someone living here would have insight to them)!

Pick something you like and are within your ability. 

I'm new to REI, but I'm picking it up as fast as I can.

Hopefully will pick up a few more this summer and will be spending a lot more time there.

Sounds like good grounds for a class action. 

I’ll definitely have to pick that one up.

I didn’t do this because I was investing in Baltimore, I would’ve done it had I picked any another city/area to protect my capital and make sure my investments are good. 

Next week we begin to pick exterior colors, and get started on the interiors.
