I am in contract on a home in Daytona that is 1 minute from the hotel/main beach area. 

I've got a few in Wasilla as well and working on one in Willow (another 30-40 minutes up the road) I anticipate the majority of the funds being made in the summer but a should pay the bills at least in the winter, we'll see I guess:)  Alaska has a lot of tourists in the summer, and a lot less in the winter.

Did you have any issues with the tenants that quit paying the monthly fee?

Once these repairs are done The charge is $500 per apartment and $500 for the stairs and landings. $7500!!

Totally worth the $15-$50 per month it costs.

A day before the redemption period was up, we paid the $1,123.34 tax debt and fees and bought the property from the seller for $500.

Not to mention, all of these fees are wrapable into the loan. 

Small issues with liquidated some other assets to fund the entry fee.

On one of my Indianapolis area properties I have to pay the trash/sewer fees (a fixed amount that might go up every 3 to 4 years).

Can a Florida realtor receive a referral fee from a New York realtor or broker?
