I would not do anything unless you are pushed by the police (I've had received letters, when they did undercover drug buys from 2 different tenants, telling me that I need to evict or they'll seize the property).She's innocent until proven guilty and I think you'd leave yourself open to some legal action, if you tried to evict for something like this - and I don't know if the judge would go for this anyway.

When you get to that point, try to really start taking action...keep learning, by all means - don't ever stop!

All too often, I think, most people assume that a happy life requires fancy cars/houses and a six figure income, and instead of it acting as motivation it cripples them from taking action.  

So yeah these are the actions I took to get this far.

Then if something has to be re-filed, a person has to be tracked down, a quiet title action has to be completed, etc. it is on them to use their resources to fix it. 

Im just starting out in investing in real estate, and of of course im trying to learn as much as possible and I need to take action soon.

The MLS is going to get you a lot more action than here and it doesn't cost anything to list it....
