In my opinion, this clause is the least of your worries.While at least it looks like you are just starting your LLC and going to capitalize it with the properties, you really need to change everything over into its name/ownership (e.g. mortgage, Title Insurance, insurance, leases) to obtain the limited liability afforded by the entity.Good luck.
