Hello BP Community Very Belated Happy New Year I am seeking advice for first-time Real Estate investment, as I am starting out and my goal is to start building my portfolio and want to get my foot wet by doing my first deal. 

Very interested in BRRR and just getting my feet wet. 

However, to add to that house hacking is such a powerful option to get your feet wet and accustomed to managing a tenant or tenants.

So would you suggest that if I am interested in pursuing the BRRRR model, that I wait to build capital for the right deal or get my feet wet with a traditional model prior to that?
