I might start looking at the Bowie area for potential flips--I am comfortable there as it is one of my "shopping districts" I go to frequently (we don't have much in the way of major shopping in Calvert County!)

Here is my situation: i bought a condo in 2015 because i was broke and it was what i could afford. it isnt in the best of neighborhoods and i assured my girlfriend (now my wife) that i would not take long to get out of it and turn it into a rental. fast forward, she got over it and doesnt hate it as much as she thought. now, we are currently shopping for a new primary.

@Charlie Prior Charlie, correct me if I am wrong, but if I am an authorized user can I not run a credit report on myself, find out who your credit card company is, call and request a new card mailed directly to me and go on a shopping spree?

The questions I would ask to come to a conclusion would be:Does the property have all the highest amenities in the market that new properties have, such as, resort style pool, clubhouse or social setting, top of the line gym, dog park, car wash area, walking trails, free common area wifi, coffee shop, garages, etc...?

It has a few banks, a feed store, post office, Dollar General, fertilizer plant, elementary/middle/high schools, a couple of convenience stores, beautiful new gun shop, a couple of sit down restaurants and the largest job creator - a small prison just outside of town.
