Think of it from a potential end-user buyer's perspective.....buy the house for $100K, put $15K into it (or less since they may do some of the work themselves) to fix it up.  

Its multiple live workshops, field work, some programs that look amazing for assessing value of a house quickly, estimating rehab cost, printing an exact material and work list for a GC, marketing campaigns, etc etc, etc, etc.

@Tierra Petersen, Commercial operations with multiple hookups are treated differently, but I can tell you from years of experience, so far the county has not enforced RV rules against the rural land owners that I know of who allow someone to live in a single RV on their property.   

I love BP for all of the different perspectives.

As an attorney/investor, I have a significant amount of experience from both perspectives.

They're great and much better from a maintenance perspective. 

You'll need contacts on the ground there with a local perspective on things.

I would think this multiple might be applicable to other markets, but as with everything else in real estate, there are probably a lot more factors to consider.
