If you don't mind me asking, what kind of entity or contacts are you setting up for these partnerships?  

Only thing to keep in mind is if the note is called be prepared to handle it appropriately. 

Keep in mind of all fees and holding cost related to the transaction. 

I have even seen some teams sending non-licensed team members out to do showings, which is crazy in my mind, but to each their own.Good questions!
