I haven't spoken with the wife yet, but have thought for some time about owning income property.We're very fortunate compared to so many other Americans in terms of minimal debt, but because of our hard work getting to this point, we don't have much to show in the bank balance department either. 

The educational value is minimal, especially for anyone that has at least a vague familiarity with RE investment.

I've sent mail to a similar list with minimal results and was wondering if door knocking would work better.

This is not to blame that the tenant caused a situation for condensation but it is for not reporting issue in a timely fashion which could have allowed fixing and minimizing the effect.

I’m in credit education and repair, not lending but many of my clients are looking for lending products and getting from approval to cash in hand for growing businesses is the biggest delay they have so I try to help them.

Around a dozen connections had to be taken care of before we could keep the water on, which delayed getting started on other tasks for 2 days.

Typically investors want to make a nice return for minimal work.  

From my research, most properties seemed to be priced right around market, however there is a few that I've caught below that I could possibly look at closely.Right now my stage is team building, I lead a local real estate organization in my school and learning how to analyze these leads a little more diligently so I can minimize my mistakes starting out.
