I currently use Ally bank to get a slightly higher rate for savings (1.5%) and they limit me at 5 accounts so I have it split up for income, capex + repairs, mortgage +taxes +insurance, utilities, vacancy 

Does anyone know of a loan product with less down than this?

I worked for a small firm in Constriction Engineering Products, Johnson Controls, that sold air and water control equipment to large apartment and commercial building contractors.

AC did not purchase that property with the intent of holding for productive use.

We also have sickness/loss-of-life which will impact every market slightly -- production, real estate, etc.

This is a business, the tenant bought the product, they used the product, they need to pay for the product.

Because I have more than 2 years of equivalent real estate experience, I am eligible to sit for the brokers examination.I’m trying to figure out if it will be worth it, financially, because it would take me at least 3 months (application processing time is minimum 10 weeks and then I’d have to study for the exam).A special thanks to all who have been patient and respectful responding so far.
