I've probably got the same error message a couple dozen times just today:I also got this error message a few times too:Not sure what's going on. 

:) Haha, in all seriousness, I am a newbie investor, and I would highly recommend reading "The Ultimate Beginners Guide" ( https://www.biggerpockets.com/real-estate-investin... ) and a couple books that are great that I just read are Rich Dad/Poor Dad, and "The Book on Rental Property Investing" (written by Brandon Turner). 

I would imagine eventually it all comes to the specifics of the property itself but then the search is becoming to exhaustive, so I would want to focus on couple geographical areas and be able to search there.Currently I'm in CA and looking to invest in other states.Any idea on how to get started and get focused on an area would be appreciated.Thanks in advace to all the comments.

It would take me about 5 months to save 10K and they want to jump on a flip in a couple of weeks.

I have a couple potential leads on properties I could possibly flip.

He was trying to talk me into letting him stay for a couple of weeks to have a garage sale and clean everything out.

We are currently negotiating on three properties and will hopefully have a couple under contract soon.Also, I have to add...when I left their office to drive back to the airport, my rental car had a flat tire and without even hesitating, both Joel and Scott jumped in and changed my tire in record time (photo attached).

I was born in South Carolina, raised in Atlanta until about 2016 when I moved to Boulder, CO with my then boyfriend and soulmate whom I married in 2017.

We don't spend more than a couple hours managing our 8 properties, and I never go to see them.
