I'm in two states and have decided to stick with Buildium Essentials for tenant interface, marketing, and leasing.

We work with a number of  builders to move there properties off market before they’re complete.

That is his local market and he has it down to a science.  

There are softwares listed there for online rental applications, tenant screening, marketing, and more!

Do you have clarifying questions that you wish you had learned to ask years ago?

So long as you are a Trustee/Beneficiary of that Trust, you are still on title, so if they try to give you crap about it, it is very easy to prove that.A better way would be to get a non-recourse loan, then QCD to the trust, but the pricing for non-recourse has yet to recover from what I've seen in the lending market so far.I don't have any experience or insight into a JRT... or what the advantage would be over an entity when doing JV...Cheers!

While I do think you will get some good answers to this, you are telling all of the sharks that you are in the market for a coaching program and willing to pay.
