I'm a bit worried right now if the numbers are also applicable here in the Philippines because I see some rental property owners renting their property for a very low price. 

If you fill out a loan application stating that you are married and don't disclose that you plan on divorcing you are committing fraud.

Can it maybe not be applicable?

So my schedule is pretty limited, but most of the work I do is actually researching and phone calls, which I am perfectly able to do from home.

It also keeps track of all tenants applications, lease agreements, maintenance requests, etc

I think your goals are attainable, but with limited capital, you will likely need a few partners as you mentioned.
