Can someone tell me a good website to do a background check for a tenant?  

I discovered this website after reading The Book On Managing Rental Properties, great book by the way.

They can do this cheaper than I can because they can get discounts of buying stamps in bulk (2million at a time), and I do not have the resources to do that on that large of a scale.

We have excellent credit and have already lined up with a Hard Cash lender. 

Large lenders cap you at 4 mortgages because they sell them to Fannie/Freddie.
