What I do/have done in an audit situation is to provide the applicable IRC references verbatim, then state my own facts and circumstance and then phrase by phrase state how my situation is governed in my favor by the IRC.

If engage an independent national broker like myself who represents several different companies in all 50 State we can search for the most cost effective solution on your behalf.  

Placing my license with an Independant Broker seems easier and quicker for now.
