Purchasing a house in Bremerton, WA but we live in Nevada.

I have seen builders in OKC that were fine making 10 to 15k a house.. but they will slam 100 of them out in a year so they make 1 mil to 1.5 mil profit and seem to be happy with that..

I'll just throw out the idea of rent-by-the-room house hacking. 

So we will go from a record low unemployment rate of 3.8% to a probably never seen before high.We always say housing is a basic need and therefore we will always have a viable business model.

However, we’ve been consulting with Roofstock for a few months now and working closely with them on developing an API and I have to give them credit for making big strides in this space.
