Is the Congress Heights changing or still an undesirable area and any ideas on how to use the property other than moving in it. 

Located in Congress Heights off Alabama ave across from the IHOP.

NOT impressed.I'd also avoid many properties in Nameloc Heights.

You will find that there are many from the area on here, as well as a monthly Meet Up in Middleburg Heights. 

University Heights, South Euclid, Cleveland Heights and even Shaker with their taxes has plenty of opportunities.

Both are Single Family homes...1 in Chicago and 1 in Harwood Heights, IL.

The property is located in University Heights so you're right, most of my tenants are students from Rutgers & NJIT.

These are the "Why" I am interested in investing.I could also pursue a place in Toms River New Jersey, by Seaside Heights which is a popular summer location by the beach where I was born and raised and also have roots.Finally, I could think about pursuing Greenville, North Carolina where my Wife has roots, or Naples Florida where my parents currently live and are developing incredible friendships I could use to my advantage.Thanks for reading and any comments are greatly appreciated.
