May sales reflect real estate activity in the second half of March and all of April.

We'd probably rent it out for 20-25 years then live in it half of the year when we retire.

I believe you have up to 3 or so inches.

I'm in the process of doing this myself with a SFH (townhome) I plan on making the half bath in the basement a full bath and rent out the basement and atleast one room on the upper level to cashflow.
